We started the first construction in Třeboň in 2011, we had a vision, a goal and, thanks to that, immense energy to make the plans our reality.
This energy has remained with us to this day and that is why the project is constantly growing.
In the first phase, we built the perfect family-friendly facility, and we are currently completing the third phase which will reach far beyond the standards of Třeboň.
When a coincidence brought a native of South Moravia to this region, it was clear to him that this story would not end with just one project.
The beautiful nature and endless possibilities only reinforced his belief that it makes sense to continue, that visitors to this town deserve unique accommodation, the unique atmosphere of Relax Park Třeboň.
The complex currently consists of two phases of apartments, the third is under construction and the fourth is already taking shape in the mind of architect Karel Kloupar.
He is the author of every detail of this project, which is a joy to see and experience thanks to his skills and humble respect for nature.
At the moment, there are 42 apartments with various layouts in the complex.
In 2011, we completed the first part, which is an unbeatable haven for families with children, large groups of friends or colleagues. After an active day, you will appreciate the peace and comfort you will find here.
The second phase, which we completed in the summer of 2022, is not lacking in peace and comfort either, but in addition, design, precision and free-thinking have a pivotal role.
