The third phase of Relax Park Třeboň is under construction, currently the shell is being built and is growing right before our eyes.
We approach the whole project with great respect, both for the surrounding nature and for our guests’ opinions.
Our goal is to create a place that will have no competition in Třeboň.

After completion of the construction, the complex will be expanded by 27 studio and one-bedroom apartments with areas ranging from 34 to 49 m², again with private gardens on the ground floor, and with spacious terraces or loggias towards the west on the top floors.
To impress even the most discerning clients, our project is meticulously designed with a focus on detail, safety, and comfort.
Our apartments feature high-quality materials such as solid wood, glass, aluminium, and other premium elements.
Our building’s common areas will offer not only a private parking lot, a lift and shared corridors, but also a rooftop spa with Finnish tubs, a sauna, a massage room, and whirlpool.
